Cancellation & Refund Policy

We believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

How do I cancel an order on rohida.in?

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please intimate us within 6 hours after ordering us by mail or call.

For outright cancellations by you:

– If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount within 15 days.

If the cancellation is after your product has shipped:

– If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product.

Your order may be canceled from our end if the product is not available or gets out of stock. In that case you would get full refund amount which you have paid.

Refund Policy-
If unfortunately you found any defected product, please update us within 24 hours of placing the order.

Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 15 working days from the date of cancellation of order.

Return Policy-

If you get any product with manufactured defect you have to send for return withing 3 days with your courier receipt and it should be received us within 7 working days. We would not accept your return after 7 days.

We do not provide any kind of gaurantee or warentee on any fancy and artifical products.

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care or email us at sales@rohida.in mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
